Privacy Policy

CMR is a personal link and redirect service. It does not sell products, run advertising, or create public user accounts.

Information we handle

The public site does not ask for your name, email address, payment details, or profile information.

  • Gate session. When you open a gate task, CMR stores a random session identifier in the cmr_gate_session cookie.
  • Gate progress. Task identifiers and visit times are temporarily associated with that random session so the site can unlock the requested link.
  • Aggregate counters. CMR counts visits and completed gates per link. These counters do not contain a visitor name, email, or profile.
  • Technical request data. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser or device information, and approximate location as part of hosting, security, and diagnostics.

Cookies and local storage

CMR does not use advertising or marketing cookies. The public gate uses one essential cookie:

The private admin area may use Clerk authentication cookies. Recent link and task values are also stored locally in the operator's browser; they are not public visitor data.

Storage and service providers

Gate progress expires after 30 minutes. One-time unlock information expires after 60 seconds. Aggregate counters may remain until the related link or service data is removed.

CMR relies on Vercel for hosting, Upstash for temporary gate data and counters, Neon for link configuration, and Clerk for private admin authentication. These providers may process data in other countries under their own privacy and data-processing terms.

External links

CMR redirects to third-party websites. Once you leave CMR, the destination service controls its own data collection and privacy practices. Review that service's policy if you need more information.

Your choices and contact

You may clear CMR cookies in your browser at any time. Temporary server-side gate progress then expires automatically. For a privacy question or request, contact the CMR operator through the Discord link below.
